JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash impugned Recruitment Notification dtd. 14/10/2022 bearing no.PSC 306 RTB(2)/2022/23/1752 at Annexure-A issued by respondent no.4.

(2.) Sri. Girish M. Patil, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that office has raised objection about maintainability of writ petition before Principal Bench, Bengaluru, as petitioner is resident of Raichur District.

(3.) Perusal of impugned notification at Annexure-A reveals that notification is issued for selection to Group-C posts of Junior Engineers in Department of Water Resources under Hyderabad-Karnataka Cadre, under Karnataka Civil Services (Direct Recruitment) (General) Rules 2021. Notification is issued by respondent no.3 - Karnataka Public Services Commission.
