JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused Nos.3 and 4 in Crime No.223/2022 registered by Mulbagal Rural Police Station, Kolar for offences punishable under Ss. 302, 203 IPC are before this Court under Sec. 438 of Code of the Criminal Procedure.

(2.) Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

(3.) On the basis of the complaint lodged by Sri.V.Venkataramappa on 17/9/2022, FIR in crime No.223/2022 was registered by Mulabagal Rural Police Station, Kolar against Chandrappa and five others for offence punishable under sec. 307 of IPC.
