(1.) Accused in Crime No.10/2022 registered by Chandrashekarpura Police Station, Tumakuru District, for the offence punishable under Sec. 302 IPC, is before this Court under Sec. 438 Cr.PC.

(3.) On the complaint of one Kishore.M.E., the Station House Officer of Chandrashekarpura Police Station, Tumakuru, had registered FIR in Crime No.10/2022 against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sec. 302 IPC.
