(1.) The petitioner has challenged the transfer dtd. 3/7/2023 by which respondent No.4 has been transferred as Assistant Executive Engineer in place of the petitioner at Jagaluru. This order was passed by the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL).
