JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 in Crime No.102/2023 registered by Somwarpet Police Station, Kodagu District, for the offences punishable under Ss. 341, 307, 149 IPC, are before this Court under Sec. 439 Cr.PC.

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) On the complaint of one Sarvin Subbaiah dtd. 29/6/2023, Somwarpet police have registered FIR in Crime No.102/2023 for the aforesaid offences against five persons.
