JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

(2.) Learned AGA accepts notice for respondents No.1 and 3. Sri.D.P.Ambekar, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.2 and Sri.Gourish Kashampur, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.4.

(3.) The petitioners claim to be elected Members of Gram Panchayt, B.Ganekal, Devadurga taluk, Raichur District. In view of the proposed reservation of the post of Adhyaksha-President and Upadhyaksha-Vice President, the petitioner had submitted a representation on 21/6/2023 as regards reservation of the said post.
