JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners who are accused Nos.1 to 13 and 17 to 20 in Crime No.64/2023 registered by Bethamangala Police Station, Kolar District, for the offence punishable under Sec. 306 of IPC, are before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) According to the prosecution, on the basis of the complaint dtd. 24/5/2023 lodged by Smt.Jyothirmayi w/o late Thyagarajan, Police have registered F.I.R. in Crime No.64/2023, for the offence punishable under Sec. 306 of IPC, against 21 accused persons.
