JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C by accused No.3 to enlarge her on bail in Crime No.18/2021 of Amruthahalli Police Station, now pending in S.C. No.877/2021 on the file of the Court of LXII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City.

(2.) Charge-sheet has been filed against accused No.1 to 4 for offences punishable under Ss. 302 , 201 , 120B , 364 r/w Sec. 34 of IPC.

(3.) Heard the learned Senior counsel Sri B.V.Acharya for Sri R.P.Chandrashekhar appearing for petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor Sri Bhanuprakash V.G . appearing for respondent-State.
