JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner/accused No.7 has preferred this petition under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. praying to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.90/2021 of Ashoknagar Police Station.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent - State and perused the material on record.

(3.) Complaint is lodged by the father of the deceased stating that at about 10.30 p.m. on 20/4/2021, when he was having dinner, he was informed that his son by name Ravivarma @ Appu has been assaulted by some miscreants and therefore, he immediately went to the spot along with his wife and other family members and saw his son lying dead in a pool of blood, in front of Muneshwara Temple. On enquiry, the public who had gather told him that at about 9.50 p.m., about 7-8 persons have assaulted his son with deadly weapons like chopper and long and committed his murder.
