JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused no.1 in S.C.No.106/2023 pending before the Prl. District & Sessions Judge, Mysuru, arising out of Crime No.74/2022 registered by Lashkar Police Station, Mysuru City, for the offences punishable under Ss. 143, 148, 114, 307 , 302 read with 149 IPC, is before this Court seeking regular bail.

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) On the basis of the complaint lodged by one Haneef Baig dtd. 7/10/2022, Lashkar police, Mysuru, have registered FIR in Crime No.74/2022 for the offences punishable under Ss. 143, 148, 114, 307, 302, 149 IPC against the petitioner, Danu and others.
