MEMBER SECRETARY Vs. P. V. NARASIMHAMURTHY

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Member Secretary of the Common Cadre Committee for the Employees of Primary Co-operative Agriculture & Rural Development Banks in Karnataka (for short, referred to as "the Committee") has presented this writ petition challenging the order passed by the Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (for short, referred to as "the Registrar") in respect of the disciplinary action taken against the 1st respondent.

(2.) Disciplinary proceedings were initiated against the 1st respondent in respect of 11 charges. The Enquiry Officer who was appointed, submitted a report that 7 out of 12 charges had been established.

(3.) This enquiry report was accepted by the Committee after considering the cause shown therein and an order of dismissal from service was passed against the 1st respondent.
