JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel Sri. Hanumanthreddy Sahukar, submits that, he has filed vakalath for respondent/accused and by oversight, the Registry has shown the name of Sri.Gurudev Gachchinamath for respondent/accused.

(2.) Accordingly, Registry to show the name of Sri. Hanumanthreddy Sahukar, for the respondent/accused and delete the name of Sri. Gurudev Gachchinamath.

(3.) This complaint is filed complaining disobedience of order dtd. 19/1/2023 in Writ Petition No.105336/2022, wherein, this Court passed the following order:
