In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing Endorsement dated 31.012.2020 (Annexure-P); Official Memorandum dtd. 22/12/2020 (Annexure-Q) and Official Memorandum dtd. 16/3/2021 (Annexure-R) passed by the respondent No.3 interalia sought for direction to the respondents to place the petitioner above the contesting respondents.

In this writ petition, the petitioner has stated that, the petitioner is a post graduate holding MMBS and MD degrees in General Medicine and was working as Junior Resident in the Department of General Medicine, at B.V.V- Sangha-S.N. Medical College, Bagalkote from 2/5/2006 to 30/8/2009. It is further stated that, the petitioner has complied with the essential qualification, required for the post of Assistant Professor in the respondent-Institution and also made representations with regard to the same, however, respondent-Institution has issued an Endorsement dtd. 31/12/2020 stating that, petitioner is not eligible for the said post. Feeling aggrieved by the impugned Endorsement dtd. 31/12/2020 (Annexure-P), the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
