JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri.T.Seshagiri Rao, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri.G.V.Chandrashekar, learned Senior Counsel for the respondents.

(2.) The present appeal is filed challenging the validity of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.3452/2003 dtd. 10/7/2008 on the file of XXXVII Additional City Civil Judge, Bangalore City (CCH - 38).
