JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are before this Court calling in question proceedings in C.C.No.974/2020, pending before the II JMFC Court, Shivamogga, registered for the offences punishable under Ss. 143, 341 and 149 of the IPC.

(2.) Heard Sri Lethif B., learned counsel for petitioners and Smt. K.P.Yashodha, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue in the petition is akin to what is decided in CRL.P.NO.3916/2018 DISPOSED ON 17/2/2020, wherein a co-ordinate Bench has examined the identical facts and offences alleged against the petitioners therein. While so examining, the co-ordinate Bench has held as follows:
