JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a successive bail petition filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail of the petitioners/accused in Crime No.30/2022 of Y.N. Hosakote Police Station, Y.N. Hosakote Circle, Tumakuru, for the offence punishable under Ss. 302 , 143 and 147 read with Sec. 149 of IPC.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent-State.

(3.) These petitioners earlier approached this Court by filing Crl.P.No.7426/2022 and this Court rejected the bail petition filed by these petitioners vide order dtd. 15/11/2022 with liberty to approach this Court after receipt of FSL report and now, the FSL report is received and the FSL report is positive.
