JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayers:

(2.) Heard Sri. Roshan Kothari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. K.P. Yashoda, learned HCGP appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The petitioner is an accused in S.C.No.1845/2022 registered for offences punishable under Sec. 376, 417 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The issue in the subject lis does not concern the merit of the matter. In the proceeding the petitioner/accused files an application under Sec. 207 of the Cr.P.C seeking the following prayers:
