JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri. R. Shashidhara, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Sri. M. Vinod Kumar, learned AGA appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

(2.) The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayers:

(3.) A tender is invited through the e-procurement of the State through its Health And Family Welfare for disposal of scrap materials. The petitioners claim to have submitted their bid and have certain grievances with regard to the acceptance or otherwise in the tender condition. In furtherance of their grievance have submitted two representations on 26/12/2022 and 31/12/2022, those having not been considered has driven the petitioners to this Court in the subject petition.
