JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused no.2 in Crime No.550/2022 registered by Kudur Police Station, Ramanagara, for the offences punishable under Sec. 302, 201, 34 IPC, is before this Court seeking regular bail.

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) On the complaint of L.S.Manjuanth, Assistant Sub- Inspector of Police, Kudur Police Station, dtd. 22/12/2022, the Station House Officer of Kudur Police Station had registered FIR in Crime No.550/2022 for the offence punishable under Sec. 302 IPC as against unknown persons.
