JUDGEMENT

The petitioner/accused No.8 is before this Court calling in question order dtd. 27/1/2020 by which the XLVII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Special Judge for CBI Cases, Bengaluru rejects the application filed by the petitioner in Special C.C.No.106 of 2008 seeking her discharge from the array of accused.
