JUDGEMENT

(1.) Accused No.4 in Crime No.181/2023, registered by Nelamangala Police Station, Bengaluru District, for the offences punishable under Ss. 120-B, 406, 420, 468, 471, 504 read with Sec. 34 of IPC is before this Court under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) On the complaint of Hombaiah, retire Deputy Tahsildar, the Station House Officer of Nelamangala Town police station has registered FIR in Cr.No.181/2023 for the aforesaid offences against Nagaraju and three others. The petitioner who is the wife of 1st accused-Nagaraju is arrayed as accused No.4 in the FIR. Apprehending arrest in the said case, the petitioner had filed Crl. Mis. No.1698/2023 before the Court of IX Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru which was dismissed on 20/9/2023. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.
