JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

(2.) The petitioner claims to be an elected representative of the Chittapur Gram Panchayat, Lingasugur taluk, Raichur district.

(3.) The grievance of the petitioner is that from the last three elections held, reservation for the post of President and Vice President have only reserved for Scheduled Caste and General category. Neither Scheduled Tribe nor OBC Categories have been provided reservation for the said posts. In that background, representation has been submitted by the petitioner on 12/7/2023 at Annexure-E which is yet to be considered.
