(1.) Accused in Crime No.231/2023 registered by Tunga Nagar Police Station, Shivamogga District, for the offences punishable under Ss. 504, 307, 324 IPC, is before this Court under Sec. 438 Cr.PC.

(2.) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

(3.) On the basis of the complaint lodged by Sri Prakhash S/o Armugam dtd. 5/6/2023, FIR in Crime No.231/2023 was registered by Tunga Nagar police against the petitioner for the aforesaid offences.
