JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri.Sabeel Ahmed, learned counsel for the petit ioner and Sri.Roshan representing Sri.Shivaraj Balloli, learned counsel for rspondent No.3.

(2.) The present petit ion is filed under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. with the following prayer :-

(3.) Present petitioner is accused No.3 in C.C. No.992/2019 facing charges under Sec. 138 of N.I. Act. M/s. Samyukta Agri Tech. Private Limited being the complainant, initiated action for the offence punishable under Sec. 138 of N.I . Act on account of dishonor of cheque issued by Prathamika Krishi Pattina Sahakari Sangha Niyamita, Mamadapur. Present petitioner is the President of the said society.
