JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Liyaqat Fareed Ustad learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

(2.) In this petition the petitioner is questioning the order on I.A.No.III in O.S.No.182/2022 on the file of IV Additional Civil Judge, Kalburgi as well as the order in M.A.No.39/2022 on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kalburgi.

(3.) The Trial Court has dismissed the application filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure which is an application wherein the petitioners have sought injunction against the Commissioner of City Corporation, Kalburgi. The prayer in the application reads as under :
