JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader and perused the material on record.

(2.) Crime No.60/2023 of Jagajeevanram Nagar Police Station is registered against the petitioner for offence punishable under Sec. 341, 498A, 504 and 307 of IPC on a complaint lodged by his wife Smt.Shama.

(3.) This petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
