JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is directed against the impugned order dtd. 6/4/2023 passed in O.S.No.25008/2019 by the XXVIII Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record.

(3.) After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners invites my attention to the interim order passed by this Court in the earlier petition in W.P.No.16614/2022 wherein this Court on 31/1/2023 has held as under:
