JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sri. M.S. Nagaraja, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1, 2, 4 and 5; and Sri. M.A. Subramani, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.3.

(2.) In this writ petition, the grievance of petitioners is with regard to regularisation of their service, similar to the employees who had been regularised by the respondent No.3- BBMP.
