JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners had called in question the proceedings in C.C.No.626/2019 (Cr.No.213/2018), registered for offences punishable under Ss. 114, 120-B, 141, 142, 143, 149 , 420, 463, 464, 465, 468, 471, 504 and 506 read with Sec. 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860.

(2.) During the pendency of this petition, the parties to the lis have arrived at a settlement and have filed such affidavit of settlement before this Court by way of joint affidavit.
