JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is before this Court calling in question an order dtd. 13/3/2023, passed by the XII Additional Small Cause Judge and Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Bengaluru in C.C.No.10980 of 2021, by which, the concerned Court dismisses the complaint filed by the petitioner for its non- prosecution.
