JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 24 of the Civil Procedure Code by the petitioner-wife praying to transfer M.C. No.32 of 2018 filed by the respondent-husband pending on the file of Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Challakere to the Family Court at Davanagere.

(2.) Heard Sri. H.N. Kasal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. M.T. Jaganmohan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

(3.) The marriage of the petitioner-wife and respondent- husband was solemnized on 4/6/2010 and from their wedlock, they have two children aged about 14 and 12 years respectively
