JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C., by the petitioner/accused No.2 to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.256/2022 of Thalaghattapura Police Station.

(2.) Charge sheet is filed against accused Nos.1 to 3 for offence punishable under Sec. 302 read with 34 of IPC .

(3.) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader for respondent- State and perused the material on record.
