A direction was issued by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.200497/2023 disposed of on 21/2/2023, to respondents No.1 and 2 therein, to consider the application submitted by the petitioner / complainant before the Chief Secretary, Department of Revenue, at Bengaluru as well as the Deputy Commissioner, in accordance with law, within an outer limit of 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation.

(3.) It is submitted that the representation dtd. 6/3/2023 was submitted, but so far the same has not been considered.
