Learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the issue in the lis stands covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in W.P.No.21723 of 2022 disposed on 25/1/2023 which concerns the sister of the petitioner. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would also accept the same.
