JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C., praying to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in respect of Crime No.105/2020 registered by Cubbon Park Police Station, Bengaluru City, for the offences punishable under Ss. 420, 448, 468, 471, 506(B) read with Sec. 34 of IPC.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/ State.

(3.) These petitioners earlier approached this Court by filing a petition under Sec. 438 of Cr.P.C., in Crl.P.No.7237/2021, the same was dismissed for non- prosecution on 27/1/2022. Hence, the present petition is filed before this Court.
