JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel Sri H.M. Dharigond for complainants and learned H.C.G.P. for accused Nos.1 to 4.

(2.) This contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of the order dtd. 18/7/2022 in W.P.No.100028/2022 wherein this court passed the following order: i) A writ of mandamus is issued to the respondents No.2 and 5 to consider the representations both dtd. 1/10/2021, vide annexure-h and j, made to the 2nd and 5th respondents respectively.
