JUDGEMENT

(1.) Office has raised an objection regarding the maintainability of the appeal as pecuniary jurisdiction does not exceed Rs.10,00,000.00.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he would file a memo seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file the appeal before the District Judge.
