(1.) Aggrieved by the judgment and award dtd. 8/1/2019 passed in MVC No.1551/2017 by the Court of the 4th Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Hassan District (Sit at Channarayapatna) (for short 'the Tribunal'), the petitioner therein has preferred this appeal.
