JUDGEMENT

(1.) These petitions arise out of Crime No.277/2022 of Ramanagara Rural Police Station, Ramanagara, registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 397 of IPC.

(2.) The petitioners have preferred the respective petitions under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge them on bail.

(3.) Criminal Petition No.4794/2023 is by Accused Nos. 1 & 2; Criminal Petition No.1741/2023 is by Accused No.6; Criminal Petition No.2801/2023 is by Accused No.5 and Criminal Petition No.4807/2023 is by Accused No.3.
