JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Sec. -439 of Cr.P.C. by the sole accused in Crime No.105/2022, registered at Vishweshwarapuram Police Station, now pending before the FTSC-III, Additional City Civil & Sessions Judge at Bengaluru in Spl.CC. No.2275/2022.

(2.) Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned HCGP for the State.

(3.) The petitioner is accused of inducing and kidnapping the minor victim on 10/8/2022, at about 9.00 a.m., and taking her to a house situated in Rajeev Gandhi Nagar in Aarakonam and committing aggravated penetrative sexual assault on her.
