(1.) This petition is filed in the year 2017 and the matter is listed third time for non-compliance of office objections.
(2.) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. When the matter was listed on 13/11/2017 before the Registrar (Judicial) for non-compliance of office objections, counsel was absent and one week time was granted to comply with the office objections and it was also made clear that, if the office objections are not complied within one week, post the matter before the Court. Accordingly, the matter was posted before the Court on 10/7/2018 and three weeks time was granted to comply with the office objections and office objections were not complied. Once again, the matter was listed on 8/3/2019 and counsel for the petitioner was absent. However, three weeks time was granted for compliance of office objections and from the date of filing the petition, the counsel has not shown any interest in pursuing the matter. The matter was once again listed on 18/11/2019 and at the request of the counsel, finally, three weeks time was granted, failing which, ordered to list the matter for dismissal on 26/11/2019. On 26/11/2019, counsel made the submission that, out of six office objections, he has complied with five office objections and he needs to produce the plaint copy for cause title verification that he would submit the same within two days at the office. Hence, this Court directed the office to verify the compliance of office objections and granted two days time to produce the same. Inspite of it, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not complied with the office objection and again, when the matter was listed on 17/12/2019, the counsel again made the submission that office objection Nos.2 and 3 are complied with and sought time to comply with office objection No.1 and this Court granted two weeks time to comply with office objection No.1. Inspite of this matter being listed before the Registrar (Judicial) as well as before this Court repeatedly for non-compliance of office objections, for a period of six years, the counsel for the petitioner has not complied with the office objections. Hence, no ground to once again grant time for compliance of office objections.
