(1.) Heard Sri.Arunkumar Amargundappa, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

(2.) Sri.Veeranagouda Malipatil, learned High Court Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 and 5.

(3.) In this petition the petitioner has questioned Annexure-E, the order dtd. 29/12/2022. This order reveals that the petitioner is directed to report before the Superintendent of Bidar Research Institute of Medical Science as he was transferred to his original place in the said institution.
