JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri. Spoorthy Hegde Nagaraja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Sri. Vinod Kumar M., learned AGA appearing for the respondents.

(2.) The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayers:

(3.) The contention of the petitioners are that despite the pendency of civil proceedings and several criminal proceedings between the parties, the police are constantly interfering and harassing the petitioners qua the property in Sy.No.58/2 and Sy.No.65/3 as depicted in the prayer.
