JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri. G.K.Bhat, learned Senior Counsel for the complainant and Smt. K. Vidyavathi, learned Additional Advocate General for learned HCGP Sri. V.S.Kalasurmath.

(2.) The present contempt petition is filed complaining disobedience of interim order dtd. 13/4/2023 in Writ Petition No.102339/2023 by which the learned Single Judge, stayed order dtd. 5/4/2023 bearing No.EXE/BALLARY/BLY 1 CL 2/109/2022-23, passed by the Deputy Commissioner and District Election Officer, Ballari.

(3.) Affidavit dtd. 29/5/2023 of the Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) is filed, which states that, the interim order is complied by passing order dtd. 26/5/2023 which is enclosed to the affidavit as document No.1. Moreover, both side learned counsels submit that, the writ petition itself is disposed of today.
