(2.) This petition is filed seeking transfer of C.C.No.3045/2019 pending on the file of First Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Shivamogga to the Court of XXXII Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge and Spl. Judge for CBI cases, Bengaluru where Spl.C.C.No.44/2004 is pending.
