JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are knocking at the doors of this Court calling in question the action of the respondents in declining to accept the caste and income certificates furnished by the petitioners along with their respective applications for appointment to the posts of Graduate Primary Teachers for 6th standard to 8th standard classes of 2022.

(2.) Since the issue in all these cases is similar, the subject writ petition i.e., W.P.No.23752 of 2022, is taken as the lead petition, as the pleadings are complete in the said petition, and is heard with the consent of the parties.
