(2.) nd petitioner/General Manager of the Bank are before this Court in the subject petition calling in question Notice dtd. 4/12/2020 issued by the 2nd respondent/Police Inspector of Directorate of Civil Rights Enforcement. 2. Heard Sri Sandesh J.Chouta, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners and Smt. Shwetha Krishnappa, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2.
