JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal by the plaintiff.

(2.) Sharada Chavan--the plaintiff instituted a suit seeking for a declaration that she was the owner in possession of the suit property (the open land measuring 10 feet x 8 feet).

(3.) Defendant Nos.1, 2 and 4 were served and were placed ex parte. Defendant No.3, though entered appearance, did not contest the suit.
