JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are before this Court seeking the following prayer:

(2.) Learned counsel Sri. Ashok R. Kalyanshetty appearing for the petitioners would submit that the issue in the lis stands completely covered by what this Court had ordered in Writ Petition NO.23577/2014 disposed on 1/7/2021.

(3.) The learned High Court Government Pleader though would refute the submissions but would admit that the said order is not appealed against and has become final.
