(3.) The brief facts of the case are as under: Jyothi M. G. W/o. Nagarajaiah H. B. lodged a complaint with Davanagere Rural Police Station on 25/1/2022, which was registered in Crime No.27/2022 for the offences punishable under Ss. 302 , 201 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as ' IPC ' for short).
